Tobi Akinfenwa

Tobi helps both solopreneurs and seasoned CEO’s to manage their operational and project needs. She does this by giving them strategy and tools that can be easily implemented and understood. For Tobi it is always more than just the business, but ensuring that the person behind their respective crafts/businesses are fully and well equipped as they scale effectively. A wife, mother, mentor and operational guru, managing many moving pieces and the complexities that come alongside it is not new to her, especially with a background in administration and business analysis. There are three guiding principles that structure how she works which are: (1)Organise one’s self & business (2) Optimise all resources so that one can (3) Operate at their best and thrive!
